Taco Dip
Ingredients:

Original recipe makes 1 -9x13 inch pan
- 3 (16 ounce) cans vegetarian refried beans
- 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
- 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce - rinsed, dried, and chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3/4 cup chopped black olives
- 8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions:
- 8 oz. cream cheese & 1/3 cup of sour cream (soften). Mix together with a little taco seasoning.
- Spread it on the bottom of a large cake or pie pan.
- Use a large jar of taco sauce (Thick & Smooth), to cover the previous step.
- Spread shredded lettuce, to cover the previous step.
- Spread a large chopped tomato, to cover the previous step.
- Spread cheddar cheese, to cover the previous step.
- OPTIONAL, Sliced black olives, to cover the previous step.
- Taco seasoning mix, to cover the entire mixture.
- Use the rest of the taco sauce, to cover the dip, just before you service it.
